The Endura Panel finish is the original Insulfound New Zealand has been using for years and has a tough impact resistant outer skin that can be painted or plastered. The Ready to Plaster finish is the same profile as the original Insulfound but without the outer skin. The polystyrene must be plastered to protect it from the elements.
